A trip fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations occurring less than 48 hours before the supporter’s next service date. No cancellation penalties apply if the supporter’s notification is made 48 hours before a scheduled service date. However, a cancellation fee of $50 (or the total of that day’s normal cleaning scheduled time) applies when notifications occur less than 48 hours from the next service date.
